DELIVERY OF PACKAGES

Orders received through our Webshop are delivered within Hungary by the couriers of MPL and FOXPOST. For international orders, the couriers of PACTIC handle the delivery. Additionally, delivery to parcel points is carried out by FOXPOST, MPL.

Packages are delivered on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where the courier can be continuously received during the specified time period, and where payment on delivery can be ensured for the courier. After placing the order, the shipping company will coordinate the expected delivery time with the customer. The courier service will attempt delivery twice; the shipping costs of undelivered packages may be charged to the customer!

HOME DELIVERY, CASH ON DELIVERY

If you have chosen cash on delivery, the ordered product(s) must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package. The total amount payable includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation email. The invoice is included in the package. Please examine the package in front of the courier upon delivery, and if you notice any damage to the products, request a report to be made and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept complaints made later without a report!

Only order the desired products with cash on delivery if you can pay the courier the fee upon receipt of the package. Free shipping: over 80,000 Ft.

Package delivery within Hungary is carried out by the FOXPOST courier service. International shipping fees and providers may vary by country and shipping zone. After entering the shipping address, the system automatically offers the fees applicable to the given country.

NOTICE REGARDING THE RECEIPT OF PACKAGES

In the case of packages not received and returned, the shipping and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and resending is only possible
In the case of advance payment of the package price, we are able to restart it again.
